
CCheryl Mann, MBA, PCC, CPCC, is the President and Founder of Goals InSight and a popular national speaker and team development specialist. She specializes in helping healthcare leaders and organizations lead, motivate and transform their teams to peak productivity.
She’s delivered hundreds of workshops and speaking engagements for public and industry events, conferences, and corporate meetings and off-site retreats. Cheryl has produced three Team Development Audio Workshop Series products, and has also authored and published two audio / workbook programs: “Powerful Goal Setting: 6 Steps to Meaningful Business and Personal Achievement” and “Work-Life Harmony: Create the Balanced Life You Desire.”
With more than 24 years of healthcare management experience, Cheryl has helped improve team dynamics, performance and productivity at organizations such as Johnson and Johnson, Watson Laboratories, Vertex Pharmaceuticals, Kaiser Permanente, GE Healthcare Systems, UCSF School of Medicine, Hill Physicians Medical Group and numerous others.
Cheryl received her professional coaching training and certification (CPCC - Certified Professional Co-Active Coach) from the Coaches Training Institute. In addition, Cheryl has advanced training in Organizational and Relationship Systems Coaching, and is an Authorized Diagnostic Facilitator for the Team Diagnostic Assessment. She is also certified by the International Coach Federation as an Professional Certified Coach (PCC). Cheryl holds a MBA with emphasis in Health Care Administration from Golden Gate University and a BA degree in Health Services Administration with a Business minor from California State University, Chico.
Prior to launching Goals InSight in 2003, Cheryl had 16 years of "Corporate America" experience which included executive client relationship management, information systems, hospital and health plan experience, meeting facilitation and education/training. Former employers include Kaiser Permanente, IDX Systems Corporation (now GE Healthcare), John Muir Medical Center and Enloe Medical Center.
