Course Description: This course presumes knowledge of the ISO 9001 and/or ISO 13485:2003 Standards and can be taken by anyone interested in understanding and practicing implementation methods for a quality management system. It is valuable for quality practitioners who are implementing a QMS in their organization such as quality managers and project managers and consultants. It is intended to give participants tools and techniques to help them effectively implement a QMS in their organizations.

- Role of important quality and productivity methods such as Six Sigma, Lean, Baldridge, Balanced Scorecard in a QMS
- Practice with tools that can assist and improve QMS implementation
