Darshana Nadkarni completed her PhD in Psychology from University of Cincinnati. Currently, she provides recruiting services to medical device and biotech startups. Darshana also has over 15 years of experience as trainer, educator, facilitator, and writer. She facilitated trainings in leadership, diversity, and workplace inclusion to such organizations like IBM, Verizon Wireless, Mastercard, CocaCola, Dow Corning to name a few. She has taught classes at St. Mary's College, Santa Clara University, and Cal State, Hayward. She often writes articles for local Indian news magazines.
This will be an interactive dialogue, with possibly some small group activity. We will discuss the changes impacting the workplace and marketplace. We will explore how we can take an empowered stance and assume leadership amidst the changes and challenges so that we can continue to grow in our personal and professional journey, that is in alignment with our vision and goals.
