KIMBERLY WIEFLING, M.S., founder and principal of Wiefling Consulting, has 10 years of experience with HP in product development and engineering management roles, and over 7 years working with start-ups in leadership positions such as VP of Program Management at Outride. For leaders of rapidly changing organizations, Wiefling Consulting provides practical, common sense business leadership and program management solutions that produce predictable, repeatable results, even in seemingly impossible circumstances. She earned a M.S. in physics from Case Institute, and a B.S. in Chemistry & Physics from Wright State University. Kimberly is an instructor in the UC Santa Cruz project management and business leadership workshops.
