Lynn Bourget has invested twenty five years as a Human Resources Professional in the greater Bay Area and is currently the HR Director at MAP Pharmaceuticals.
She started her career as a technical recruiter with clients primarily in the telecommunications industry. After a successful 8 years, she moved onto the other side the desk in a Human Resource Management role with a newly opened division of a Fortune 500 Telecommunication Company. Ms Bourget centered her career around small, dynamic start-up companies through the dot-com boom and bust, growing several from 10 people to over 300 people. In the past 3 years, she has brought her experience as a Human Resources Generalist, Recruiter and Business Partner to the Life Science Industry.
Connie Milburn is a Human Resources Consultant for a variety of Bay Area Medical Device companies. Until recently, she was the Director of Human Resources for Lumend, a subsidiary of Johnson & Johnson. She continues her work at LuMend as a consultant in addition to supporting a number of small, privately held medical device organizations.
Connie has been active in the medical device industry for over twenty years. Since 1985, she has worked primarily with a variety of organizations including Devices for Vascular Intervention (which later became Guidant), Medtronic-AneuRx, Heartport, Fox Hollow Technologies and many other companies, including the San Francisco Forty-Niners.
She has extensive experience as an in-house consultant specializing in developing the HR function and staffing growing companies.
She graduated from the University of Oregon with an undergraduate degree in Psychology with a minor in Criminology.
Judi Sepanloo is currently HR Manager at InterMune, a drug company focused on developing new therapies for liver and lung diseases. With primary responsibility for recruiting, training and employee development, Judi also provides strategic oversight for benefits. Prior to joining InterMune, Judi lead the HR function at Affymax and Aerogen, now a division of Nektar. Judi holds a BS in Organizational Behavior from the University of San Francisco.
Jean Munson, is currently the Director of Human Resources, Abbott Vascular, Redwood City.
