Susan Moriconi joined the Boston Scientific in 1997 as Director of Human Resources. Susan has over 25 years experience in the Human Resources with over 10 years in Life Sciences industry. Prior to joining Boston Scientific, Rebecca held various Human Resources positions at Hewlett Packard from 1982-1997. Susan received her MBA in Marketing from Santa Clara University, and has received B.A. degree in Sociology and completed Social Psychology course work for MA candidacy at University of the Pacific. Susan’s focus is on design and implementation of effective organizational structures and programs to meet business objectives.
Rebecca Sunshine

Rebecca Sunshine joined the Macroflux in November of 2006. Rebecca has over 20 years experience in the Life Sciences industry. Prior to joining Macroflux, Rebecca held senior management positions at Connetics Corporation from 1996-2006, most recently as Senior Vice President, Human Resources and Organizational Dynamics. She has also worked at COR Therapeutics, Genelabs and Genentech. Rebecca received her B.A from the UC Santa Barbara and her M.P.A. in Health Services at the University of San Francisco. She is currently working on her doctorate in Organization and Leadership at the University of San Francisco.
Rhonda Coulston

Rhonda Coulston joined the AcessClosure in February 2007. Rhonda has over 11 years experience in the Human Resources field. Prior to joining AccessClosure, Rhonda held the Director of Human Resources position at ArthroCare for 5 years. During her career she has worked with 3 start ups in a variety of industries. Rhonda received her B.S. in Zoology from the UC Davis. She has her Senior Professional in Human Resources designation and earned 4 Human Resource Certificates from San Jose State Extension. Outside work she serves as a Board member of the Peninsula Chapter of Northern California Human Resources Association.

Aliki Helman has over 15 years of experience in Human Resources with strong background in Staffing. Aliki has been recruiting talent in IT and medical device industry herself, most recently she, herself, recruited 26 employees for NeoGuide Systems (medical device start up) including technical and VP level positions. She built and ran staffing organizations including Alitek Solutions, Red Oak Staffing, ESG Consulting. Aliki has consulted on building effective practices in recruiting organizations, training recruiters and has been involved in advisory role with early stage start ups. Aliki is also actively involved in entrepreneurial community and is growing Silicon Valley Chapter of Keiretsu Forum (the largest Angel Investor Network locally and in N. America). Aliki has B.S. in Chemistry and B.S. Psychology from Universitet im. Hertzena, St. Petersburg, Russia.
