In 1986, Rogene Baxter founded The Bridgewater Group. Rogene's work has brought increased organizational capacity and talent retention to companies across North America, Europe, the Middle East and Asia. She works collaboratively with client consultants and managers, to align their business goals and strategies, performance needs, professional development and performance support. Her consulting services and learning initiatives strengthen the way people work together, as they implement strategies in pursuit of organizational success.
Rogene is well known for her conference presentations. Her speaking engagements include international conferences of the American Society of Training and Development and the International Society for Performance and Instruction.
As an adjunct faculty member, she has taught classes at John F. Kennedy University, Master of Business Administration and Career Development Master programs, and has lectured at the University of California Extension, Berkeley.
Rogene currently serves as President of the Institute of Management Consultants (IMC USA) Northern California Chapter. She has served on the following Boards: President of the Golden Gate Chapter of the American Society for Training and Development, the California Career Development Association, the Contact Care Center and the Board of Trustees of Moraga Valley Presbyterian Church Foundation.
A Registered Nurse, Ms. Baxter holds a BA in Behavioral Science and an MA in Career Development. She is a recipient of the prestigious "Alumna of the Year" award by John F. Kennedy University School of Business Administration.
