Diane M. Heditsian is CEO/Founder of deClarity, a communications firm that specializes in strategy, design and production of dynamic media (video, 3-D animation, web-based tools) for the life sciences, helping clients showcase their technologies and products as well as their companies, in the US and internationally.
Since 1982 deClarity has served clients including Johnson & Johnson, Genentech, Amgen, ALZA, Genomic Health, McNeil, Janssen-Cilag, Ortho-Biotech, Jazz Pharmaceuticals, Anesiva, Alexza, CV Therapeutics, and Cord Blood Registry.
deClarity develops web-based, trade-show, direct to patient and numerous other strategies throughout the entire development and marketing life cycle of a product.
deClarity’s work falls in the areas of company and product promotion, patient compliance, healthcare professional education, sales training, patient advocacy, mechanism of action animations, clinical trial communication, trade show, and corporate/employee communications.
Prior to founding deClarity, 26 years ago, Diane served as the Producer of Westinghouse Broadcasting Company’s nationally syndicated television program, PM/EVENING Magazine. In this position she oversaw all national and international production and managed a national staff.
Diane has held a number of volunteer leadership positions, including serving on Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital at Stanford’s Business Advisory Committee and the Board of Breast Cancer Connections in Palo Alto.
Diane is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Tufts University in Massachusetts and pursued an internship at the BBC in London. She is a member of the Tufts Alumni Admissions Committee and an advisor and mentor for the Communications and Media Studies Department.
