Marketing is more than developing a sales brochure and making sales calls after a product approval. It's a critical function in deciding whether or not to give up your day job to even start a company, recruit critical management staff and obtain necessary funding. Dr. Erbes will share her "Pillars of Success", a checklist for evaluating products and companies, and discuss the role of in depth opportunity assessments, business plans and their content.
