Staff Training: How It Can Make the Difference between Success and Failure for the Organization

Organizations, despite having excellent technologies, may fail or under perform, due to misunderstanding what it takes to really transfer knowledge, across departments and up and down levels, to where it is needed in the organization. Thousands of hours are wasted when sincere, committed, hard-working technical experts attempt to train others, but do so ineffectively.
This presentation will explain how a professional can help to overcome this challenge and will also provide some specific "how to" advice that participants will be able to use back on the job.
